Job Description : LPG Plant and Distribution Manager SALARY: up to 5,800 USD / 2,200 BD plus company car with fuel, visa and airline ticket depending on experience and qualifications HIRING COMPANY: Leading Gas Distributor Company WORK LOCATION: Ma’ameer, Bahrain AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max) CANDIDATE PROFILE: Open to any nationality Male, 35-45 years old Overseas candidates are welcome to apply EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BS degree in Business Management or similar relevant field Proven 4-7 years’ work experience as a Plant Manager/Supervisor in GCC Has experience in other plant distribution industry e.g. water distribution companies are welcome to apply Basic technical knowledge on LPG Plant advantageous Exceptional organizational and time-management skills JOB DESCRIPTION: Direct and run LPG Gas Plant operations and maintenance Share a trusting relationship with workgroup Manage and develop 70 to 80 plant workers Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Manage scheduling for a fully operational team Develop strategies to increase productivity and production
