Manufacturing Manager

Job Description : MANUFACTURING MANAGER NIGERIA -Organizing and controlling the production facility to produce at correct quality and cost, - Developing and motivating production staff to achieve agreed objectives regarding efficiency, quality, industrial standards, health, and safety, - Reviewing and analysing production, quality data to determine causes of non-conformity by using internal CI tools, - Optimizing production process that results in the effective use of raw materials, - Managing raw material stock counts and month end closure in SAP with Plant controller, - Managing manufacturing variances and identifying corrective actions, - Ensuring that the Company's Safety policy and procedures are adhered to and are communicated to the workforce effectively, -Managing the department manpower model and ensure the right people are in the correct positions and succession plans in place, - Developing and training the team to improve the effectiveness of implementation of best/ next practices in his department.t Graduated from a reputable university in engineering, you have a minimum of 10-years experience at management level in the manufacturing sector (FMCG, Cement, heavy industry etc...). English fluency is a must-have, French is a plus. A resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with colleagues, you have to be a good communicator for bridging common communication gaps within the factory structure.
