Job Description : HEMM MANAGER DRC FOR MINING 15+ years experience Manager (HEMM,VEHICLES/FLEET) Education Qualifications - DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN MECHANICAL/AUTOMOBILE ENGG. Required relevant experience - Maintenance & troubleshooting expertise, fast-moving spare parts & lubricants planning, OEM recommended schedule compliance, Inspection and auditing of machines. Working in steel plant premises will be a plus. Job Description - Maintenance & troubleshooting expertise, fast moving spare parts & lubricants planning, OEM recommended schedule compliance, Operator recruitment, training to operators & technicians, responsible for safety of departmental man & machine. Reconciliation of HSD, SPARES & Consumables. Performance report of machines. Dedication to 100% availability of Fleet. Data analysis report (breakdown analysis/availability/MTTR/TAT in case of breakdown), SAFETY FIRST is the attitude. Abiding rules and regulation of client & authority. Key role in Supporting production team to ensure optimization of fleet to meet monthly target. Salary: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
