Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a prominent infrastructure conglomerate based in the Middle East. We seek to engage with highly qualified finance professionals who possess the following expertise and experience: Key Requirements: - Chartered Accountant (CA) - 1st attempt or Rank Holders AND an MBA from top-tier universities, with a post-qualification experience of over 18 years. - Proven proficiency in controllership, fundraising, treasury management, business planning, audit, tax, and internal controls. - Demonstrated experience in collaborating with a consortium of banks and raising of working capital limits. - Previous professional experience in the Middle East is essential. - Industry experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Mining sectors.
