Accounting and Administration Head

Job Description : ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN MANAGER ZAMBIA The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and financial activities within their organization. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in both administration and accounting. Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize workflow. Oversee facility maintenance, security, and general office upkeep. Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance against targets. Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for audits and filings. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans and financial forecasts. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by senior management. Mentor and coach administrative and accounting staff to foster professional growth and development. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Excellent communication; interpersonal; and leadership skills. Proven ability to multitask; prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
