Job Description : SALES HEAD UAE a consumer good organisation, someone with 15+ years of experience in sales currently as a Sales Head/ Senior Sales Manager or similar roles with any consumer goods organisation with GCC experience. - Achieve profitable sales volume and value across channels within assigned budgets. - Maintain GC/NC at overall business and across markets. - Build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners to drive business objectives. - Define and ensure distribution structure effectiveness and reach. - Ensure service effectiveness for all channels (grocery, chemist, key accounts). - Control sales and distribution expenses. - Adhere to financial disciplines and controls as per SOPs. - Oversee sales administration to ensure timely and accurate support. - Forecast and plan sales. - Monitor and analyse sales performance by region/area; implement action plans to address weaknesses and capitalize on opportunities. - Coordinate with supply chain and regulatory bodies for product registrations and import clearances. - Automate processes and analysis for easier system actionability by the sales team. - Manage, motivate, and develop sales personnel for effectiveness. - Ensure adherence to norms and discipline within the zone. - Formulate and administer sales incentives within budget to achieve sales objectives. - Create structure and capability to drive future growth across channels. - Plan and execute trade promotions and activation at the regional level. - Identify and execute macro-marketing opportunities. - Form and execute effective merchandising plans.
