Job Description : CFO OMAN A food production company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer Your role: This is a very exciting opportunity to work with an organization that is leading in market share for their products and on an aggressive growth path. The role needs a seasoned professional who has led an end to end CFO role for a minimum of five years. Responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies aligned with company objectives, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing asset valuation, and managing treasury functions. You will play a pivotal role in risk management, stakeholder engagement, partnering the CEO for growth strategies, prospective acquisitions and expansion of current businesses. Effective communication, strong analytical skills, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role. Must-have: The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 20+ years of progressive experience, preferably holding CA /CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications. You must have deep experience in the food manufacturing / commodities or affiliated industry.
