Human Resources Manager

Job Description : Factory HR Manager for a leading FMCG group at their Dubai location. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding and experience in Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training & Development, and exposure to various HR & ER processes in Manufacturing, including Job Analysis, Reward & Recognition, HR Budgeting, Performance management system, and Recruitment. As the Factory HR Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our employee engagement strategy, working closely with our HR team and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing the results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement. Additionally, you will have experience in Wage Management and smooth execution on the floor.
