QHSE Manager

Job Description : QHSE MANAGER SHARJAH UAE to uphold the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) excellence in all aspects of their operations. The QHSE Manager will oversee and manage all projects and operations, primarily focusing on developing, implementing and maintaining robust QHSE systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. In addition, the QHSE Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and enforcing quality and safety policies, by managing incident reporting, conducting regular audits and hazard analyses to implement preventive measures and prevent recurrence. The QHSE Manager will also be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to employees and contractors on quality and safety matters, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization. To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a QHSE role within the refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field, ideally along with a NEBOSH 1GC 1-3 certification. Additionally, a thorough understanding of industry relevant QHSE regulations and standards is essential for this role. seeking an individual with strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills to engage with employees at all levels of the organisation. The position will involve frequent travel across the GCC.
