Human Resource Manager

Job Description : APAC HR MANAGER SINGAPORE a global medical devices company, has strong presence across APAC and is currently seeking for a talented APAC Human Resources Manager to focus on HR Operations, C&B and Payroll within the organisation across 4 countries. This is a permanent role based in Singapore, reporting directly into the Regional HR Director. Job Description · Support and partner with the regional and country team's in APAC with the knowledge of Global, Regional & Country specific HR policies, procedures, and regulations. · Works with the Country Payroll providers to ensure the Payroll runs happens smoothly, as per laid our work flows, timelines and appropriate data checks. · Leads all regional C&B Ops activities, including the interpretation and governance of the business frame works · Works with the APAC Business Teams & Global Sales Operations team in helping frame and update Sales Incentive Programs. Generate and establish HR Score Cards and HR analytics. · Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent · 8+ years' experience within HR Operations and C&B, ideally within the APAC region · Strong knowledge of working with C&B Survey Partners; experienced running third party Payroll · Good skill with HR data management, score cards and analytics · Demonstrated examples of integrity, confidentiality, organizational sensitivity, initiative and collaboration are essential as the role works within a number of different functions and business teams across the organization. · Knowledge of at least one market ERP system eg. SAP Success Factor, People Soft, Work Day etc
