Job Description : CFO FMCG CO NSW AUSTRALIA Broad role leading the finance function for a growing organisation Drive commercial decision making partnering with the leadership team Approx. $300K+Super+STI+LTI A high growth FMCG business with revenue approx. $100M are currently looking for their next CFO to oversee and lead finance as the business continues to grow. In what is a highly commercial role, the CFO will play a key part in driving mid-long term strategic growth as well as leading day to day commercial decision making. Working closely with a fantastic CEO, the key duties of the role will include: Overseeing the entire finance function for the business Drive the business budgeting and forecasting process Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting Work cross functionally with the wider business to drive commercial decision making monitoring financial performance versus projections Work with sales teams to drive stronger commercial agreements with customers Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function Helping drive M&A activity for the business and post acquisition integration Lead ad hoc projects as required CA/CPA Qualified Experienced leading a finance function for an approx. $100M T/O Business ideally in FMCG or a product based business Strategic and commercial in driving business decisions A strong communicator to work with a range of stakeholders internally and externally
