Job Description : HEAD OF COSMETIC SALES TAIWAN This role is open to International Mandarin speakers HEAD OF MARKETING, COSMETICS Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Taipei * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives * Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels * Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth * Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments * Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals * Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices * 15+ years’ experience in the marketing field in Skincare or Cosmetics is preferred * Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills * Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities * Project management experience * P&L management experience
