As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a central role in identifying business challenges and proposing effective solutions. You will work hand-in-hand with the executive team to craft medium to long-term financial strategies. FMVA / CFA / AFM / MFM Strong financial modelling skills 10 year's experience in a finance role (preferably Financial Planning & Analysis) Experience within Corporate Finance and/or Management Consulting advantageous Experience working in emerging markets and on multiple continents, including Africa Your responsibilities will also encompass: Modelling long-term growth trajectories Assessing projections and budgets Overseeing all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis Collaborating with various business units to forecast revenue and expenses for forthcoming years Providing comprehensive reviews on cost centre findings, and upholding the company's values. Identify and comprehend business challenges Propose and implement innovative solutions Collaborate intimately with the executive team to craft the company's medium to long-term financial and strategic vision Model long-term growth trajectories and identify the business elements that influence them Assess and recommend modifications to projections and budgets generated by your analysts Oversee all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, expenditure management, forecasting, report generation, among other tasks Work together with various business units to forecast revenue and expenses for the forthcoming years Provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost centre findings Key personal skills for a successful FP&A Manager Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced and complex environment Excellent financial acumen and quantitative skills Strong presentation skills
