This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organisation by developing and executing innovative strategies to attract and acquire top talent. The primary goal is to oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of high-quality candidates, while maintaining a positive employer brand and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Lead the design and implementation of standardised job descriptions & assessment tool kits. Develop partnerships with key external stakeholders to reduce time-to-fill (TAT) for evergreen positions. Enhance the collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy throughout the group. As the Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the organisation's future. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from developing innovative strategies to attract top talent, to ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates. You will also be tasked with digitising recruitment processes for improved efficiency, managing detailed reports on recruitment metrics, reinforcing on-boarding programs for new hires, and fostering positive relationships with relevant stakeholders. Your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will be crucial in maintaining a positive employer brand. Develop and implement the yearly recruitment strategy for the group. Identify and assess top talents, while ensuring a rigorous and fair process. Digitise the recruitment & on-boarding processes to improve efficiency. Manage, create, and maintain detailed reports on recruitment metrics, including cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Reinforce the implementation of the on-boarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and the best sourcing & selection strategies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices to continually optimise processes. Handle industrial relations, fostering positive relationships with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition role is a strategic thinker with a passion for attracting top talent. You should hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in a senior recruitment role. Your strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs, coupled with your ability to manage recruitment budgets effectively, will be key to your success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Strategic thinker with a passion for talent attraction and acquisition Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of the Healthcare business will be a strong advantage A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a senior recruitment role Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs Experience in managing recruitment budgets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
