Job Description : CEO for a FMCG company in the North. Looking to connect with dynamic & enterprising professionals fulfilling the following key parameters – - The incumbent must bring in overall 18+years of experience, with strong experience across Sales (focus on General Trade), Marketing & Operations functions in the FMCG space. - The candidate must understand how to build, establish, and run robust processes, with experience in having grown their organization inorganically. - Must have robust understanding of brands, brand building and communication. - The incumbent must have handled sales at a zonal level & bring experience in consumer marketing. - Candidates already at a CXO level with beauty and personal care experience will be preferred. - Open to look at returning Indians who have BPC experience.
