Job Description : Financial Controller - Hospitality sector UGANDA The candidates should have at least 10-15 yrs of relevant experience into Hospitality sector, must have been ideally working on a leadership role with exposer on strategic planning, financial Budget, Responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control & financial reporting to management and the board of directors, Keeping internal financial records, generating reports, issuing and collecting payments, processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Understanding of strong financial control environments Proven record of an ability to highlight process improvements and implement change Excellent communication skills Ability to support the learning and development of staff EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ACA, ACCA, CA INTER, MBA WITH FINANCE
