ERP Project Manager

Job Description : ERP PROJECT MANAGER DUBAI 10-15 years experience Project Manager - ERP Projects Location- Dubai(On-site) Must Haves: a) Project Manager - experienced b) PMP Certified candidate who has the experience of handling projects upto AED 2 millions / monthly Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science Project Management Certification i.e. PMI, PMP (Mandatory) PM Tools (JIRA/Confluence) Experience: Should have around 5-6 years of strong Project Management experience in an ERP environment. Minimum 4-5 years experience with multiple ERP implementation, preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, Possess strong functional knowledge of Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, CM & FA) We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in ERP Software Product Development and Implementation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various ERP projects from initiation to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. The project manager will work closely with client stakeholders throughout the delivery of the ERP. Extensive experience is required in project management of ERP/Navision Project implementation, upgrades, and global deployments. The project manager should have experience in managing medium to large teams (6 to 12+) of functional and technical resources on ERP/ Microsoft Navision related projects. Manage assigned projects and project resources and ensure customer satisfaction through successful implementation of ERP product. Most experience in managing projects should be with an Implementation Partner. Job role involves moderate to high amount of travel. Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team. Coordinate and communicate project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to team members and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate Software developers and testers Ensure organizational key performance indicators for developers and testers are identified, tracked, and reported (for onsite, remote and hybrid workers) Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved. Provide continuous feedback for direct reports through regular one-on-one meetings Plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers. Contributions to training need Identification for less skilled professionals and help in their mentoring and training. Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP Project Management Experience in managing implementation of modules like FICO, SCM, CRM, HRMS, etc across any industry vertical. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile/Waterfall practices preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. 3+ years of professional Scrum Master experience Experience in onsite, remote and virtual team management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
