Human Resources and Administration Manager 

Job Description : Admin HR Manager - Nigeria leading company into Plastics is looking for the following professional. Position: Admin HR Manager Salary : Upto 3000 USD Location: Nigeria Plus Accommodation, Visa and Tickets Note : Salaries are paid every 3 months Job Brief The Administration Manager is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the company managing employees and employee unions. He/she will oversee administrative staff, security staff and facility staff in factories. He/she will ensure that the office/factories are running smoothly, and all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Objectives • Knowledge of handling IR relations and issues, including advising the local HR head on appropriate disciplinary actions. • Participation in union negotiations and grievance handling. • Ensuring discipline among administrative staff and factory workers. • Good knowledge of labor laws and the ability to reach out to national-level union executives and labor ministries for dispute resolutions. • Ability to deal with labor contractor suppliers and negotiate labor rates. • Ensure adequate manpower is provided to the plants. • Engage with labor contractors to ensure the quality of manpower supply. • Experience in liaising with various government agencies, such as the Ministry of Labor, local government agencies, the Ministry of Trade & Industry, SON, MAN, and the Ministry and agencies of Environment. • Adequate experience in handling issues typical to the Nigerian landscape and understanding the local context. • Handle all contractors providing security personnel. • Ensure the plant and personnel are secured through continuous monitoring of tasks assigned to security personnel and chief security officers. • Ensure that security protocols, visitor entries, and supplier & customer goods loading/unloading occur according to the agreed SOPs. Knowledge and Experience ? A highly motivated & self-driven individual with a Graduate/post graduate degree 15-20 years’ experience in Human Resource and Administration department. ? Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar position within Nigeria. Work Skills: ? Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels ? Ability to manage and motivate own team and where appropriate other corporate teams. ? Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence at both institutional and individual level ? Ability to effectively link personnel and corporate values ? Ability to demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills ? Ability to meet tight, conflicting deadlines when required ? Ability to communicate fluently through the medium of English – oral and written
