Financial Controller

Job Description : FC BAHRAIN - Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting - Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and key performance metrics for senior management - Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures - Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making - Manage the finance team and mentor/develop team members - Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed Requirements: - BSc degree in Finance and Accountig - Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) - 8+ years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry - Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills, with experience in the food and beverage sector - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities - Experience implementing financial systems and improving processes
