Business Head

Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD COSMETICS KENYA Senior Sales professional for COO in to manufacturing of (Wet Wipes (Cosmetics & Personal Care), Dry wipes, Liquid detergent pods, sanitary napkins, Spunlace, Spunbond non woven fabric ) The COO will play a pivotal role in shaping the Hygiene business which is profitable and growing but lacks a structured foundation in terms of organization, sales capability, systems and processes to take the business to the next level. He will be overall head of the business and will be responsible for day to day management of the business in terms of business development, client servicing, innovations to develop new use cases for the fabrics, plan operations, procurement, logistics and supply chain and P&L delivery. The role will report to the promoters and will work with them to develop the 3-4 year strategic plan for the business including expansion opportunities and investments requirements. Proftably build and scale Spun bound business. Manage and scale the profitable Spun lace and Wet wipes business. Build the right organization to deliver the business agenda. Drive business efficiencies. There will be 4 direct reportees - Sales Head, Plan Head, Finance Head and HR lead. 20 to 25 years' experience in B2B sales, product development, operations and business building. Graduate, MBA/ Engineering degree will be a plus. Should have proven skills in success in working in unstructured environments and scaling businesses. Strong commercial acumen.
