Job Description : EXPORT SALES HEAD OUT OF DELHI FOR FMCG This is for personal care division and for Middle East & Africa with 10+ years experience Role Objective: To expand the business potential according to different geographies and ensuring that the organizational sales and profitability objectives are met. Principal Accountabilities: - Identify new business opportunities across the geographies - Identifying potential gaps in the market with the help of market research, competition benchmarking & analysis of evolving consumer needs and trends - Establishing an effective distribution Channel and monitoring its effectiveness - Devising and implementing different sales and marketing strategies. - Managing and understanding country specific regulations and strategizing accordingly. - Should know the commercial Cost of each Sales and SKU in different markets Cross Functional Coordination: - Developing the most suitable sourcing strategy to cater to International market demand in alliance with India Value Chain . - Experience of Travelling into the referred Markets, Knowing the Who is who in channels & Partners
