Job Description : GM DUBAI FOR AUTO dynamic and ambitious General Manager to manage their passenger car dealership in Dubai. Possess substantial automotive passenger car dealership experience, including five years as a General Manager in the GCC Fully conversant with Middle East automotive retail (not OEM) businesses preferably in the United Arab Emirates or similar vibrant GCC countries Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirement Educated to Bachelor degree level (visa requirement) Proven success in your career as a business leader at General Manager level Experience in growing aftersales revenue Inclusive, supportive and coaching leadership approach Focused on deliverables and exceeding operational targets Strategic thinker who can formulate a five-year business plan for growth and success See providing a premium level customer journey as a minimum standard in your business Manage and maintain manufacturer relations Full P&L responsibility and annual budget setting responsibility for the brands Tax-free annual salary package, Performance-based annual bonus scheme and other benefits
