Job Description : Head of After-Sales Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Automobile Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the after-sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans for the after-sales division. Oversee all after-sales operations, including warranty, repairs, maintenance, and parts management. Monitor financial performance and drive profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Requirements: 10-15 years of experience in the automobile after-sales division handling body-shop, Spare-parts division, insurance and warranty. Mandatory UAE experience. Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
