Job Description : SALES MANAGER AUTO BAHRAIN passenger car dealership based in Bahrain and operate from stunning facilities; they are seeking to appoint a high-energy and driven New Car Sales Manager with a focus on developing the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. As the New Car Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and enhancing the brand presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in within a franchised car dealership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of10 years of experience as a Car Sales Manager or General Sales Manager, leading a sales team within a franchised dealership. You must demonstrate expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, Base salary BD 1,000 to BD 1,300 per month plus bonus of between BD 500 to BD 1,500 per month. Additional benefits such as company car, housing allowance, private healthcare and annual air ticket.
