Job Description : SALES MANAGER WEST AFRICA FOR PHARMA total sales pharma exp of minimum 10 years.Must have effectively supervised field teams. Salary - Open for the right candidate. Please find below Job Responsibilities- · To Plan and Direct and lead all sales and Sales training Activities for specified region for Pharmaceutical product . · Development & Implementation of business strategy for profitability. · Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Regional Sales Staff through doctor field Visits. · Assisting Establishing coaching for each Territory & Ensure that the strategies are in place Dr visits. · Ensure all sales and marketing program are Communicated & Implemented and Coordinated in the Region. · Effectively monitor and Controls expenses. Of Field team. · Develop and maintain high level Pharmaceutical Products information through Market Survey. · Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer doctor base. Ensure a close working with doctor relationship & Exits between the organization and key accounts doctor customers. · Coordinate Meeting, Seminars, conference, Etc.
