Country Operations Head 
12 yearsJob Description : HEAD COUNTRY OPERATIONS E COMMERCE DRC 12+ years experience As Head- Country Operations, the incumbent will drive Zips business operations including P&L Management, Supply Chain/ Fulfilment Operations and Relationship Management in Angola. The individual will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and directly enable Zip’s growth to be a market leader in SSA. Drive customer centric business operations with efficient supply chain operations. Identify, implement, and track the Key Performance Indicators to track the health of our business. Establish and manage partnerships with key strategic partners in Angola viz. pharmacies, distributors and pharmaceutical companies. Manage all key-accounts, overall portfolio including achieving revenue, profit and volume targets while meeting account service expectations – own complete P&L. Ensure relying on metrics that matter: long-term revenue growth, customer value, and partner understanding of our product and solutions. Direct the research, identification, prioritization and implementation of new partnerships to increase our brand awareness, acquire new customers and augment market-share. Build customer business plans with key strategies to sustain growth and present business plans to senior stakeholders both internally and externally with customers. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to maximize results and minimize customer issues. Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending by implementing efficient sourcing, category management strategies. Anticipate shift in negotiation power of suppliers and innovate negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals. Proficiency in analytical and strategic planning skills to drive business planning. Excellent knowledge (ideally initial experience) in the pharmaceuticals and e-pharmacy preferred. Basic marketing knowledge is an advantage - e.g. How and when to use the different marketing channels for strategic partnerships. Deep understanding of consumer insights; excellent market knowledge. Be imaginative and creative problem solver with a knack for recognizing great opportunities for collaboration. Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills. 12+ years of experience leading growth and operations with an E-commerce business highly preferred. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of strategic partnerships/ business Development with a strong track record in establishing and implementing such partnerships.
