This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and organizational abilities to ensure that vehicle maintenance and repair services are delivered efficiently and effectively Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 12rs of experience as a Workshop Manager ? Proven experience as an automotive technician with strong technical knowledge. ? Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an automotive workshop ? Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools. ? Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
