General Manager 

Job Description : GM OFFICE MANAGER DUBAI 18+ years experience in admin Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. 2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings, appointments, conferences & etc. 4. Make travel and accommodation arrangements. 5. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports. 6. Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations). 7. Take minutes during meetings. 8. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. 9. Organize and maintain the office filing system. 10. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and briefs as assigned.
