After Sales Head 

Job Description : HEAD OF AFTER SALES AND SPARE PARTS VIETNAM FOR APAC REGION ( LOOKING TO HIRE INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES) This role is a unique opportunity to shape the aftersales activities and spare parts range for the Asia Pacific region within a leading OEM automotive manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing prices in accordance with the sales organisation, ensuring turnover and distribution achievements, and managing customer care activities. This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam. * Lead aftersales activities and define spare parts range for the Asia Pacific region * Ensure achievement of turnover and distribution * Manage customer care activities As the Head of Aftersales & Spare Parts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's aftersales strategy across the APAC region. You will be responsible for setting objectives for the Aftersales area, defining guidelines for spare parts distribution logistics, preparing tools for after-sales activities, monitoring network support levels, ensuring accurate definition of spare parts catalogues, and formulating sales objectives plans. Your role will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and achieving business goals. * Set quantitative and qualitative objectives for the Aftersales area and technical assistance activities in markets. * Define guidelines for the programming and distribution logistics of spare parts and accessories in line with sales planning. * Prepare all necessary tools for after-sales activities carried out directly or by the technical support network. * Monitor the level of support to the network including technical help desk, training, technical documentation, equipment, service centres etc. * Ensure definition of the spare parts catalogue in accordance with marketing. * Identify, propose, and formulate sales objectives plan in terms of volumes, mix, turnover, market share, profitability for products. The ideal candidate for this Head of Aftersales & Spare Parts role brings a wealth of experience in Sales, Aftersales & Customer Service within the automotive or related industry. You will have a strong academic background, preferably with an MBA, and at least 15 years of relevant experience. Your leadership skills will be exceptional, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams. You will have a solid understanding of after-sales service processes and best practices, and an analytical mindset that allows you to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as is in-depth knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales, Aftersales & Customer Service; preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry. * Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire and motivate teams. * Solid understanding of after-sales service processes and best practices. * Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. * In-depth knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market and cultural nuances. * Proficiency in English; willingness to travel as required.
