Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI leading FMCG food manufacturing firm for whom we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Finance Executive with extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, and Business Partnering within the FMCG manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with business units to achieve company objectives. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop, implement, and manage financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and operational goals. Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key metrics and trends. Commercial Finance: Support the commercial team with financial analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning to evaluate business opportunities and risks. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Business Partnering: Collaborate with various business units, providing financial expertise and strategic guidance to drive business performance. Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Cost Management and Efficiency: Analyze manufacturing costs and work with operations teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Monitor production variances and develop strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency. Support the development and implementation of cost control measures and continuous improvement programs. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience (10+ years) in FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering within the FMCG manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost management, and profitability analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
