Financial Controller

Job Description : FC KSA Leading Joint Venture in the mining sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the JV's growth and operational efficiency. Oversee and manage the accounting and financial reporting functions. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations and standards. Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Monitor cash flow, manage capital expenditures, and optimize working capital. Support the JV’s executive management team with financial insights and recommendations. Coordinate and oversee tax planning and compliance activities. Ensure accurate and timely completion of the JV’s financial audits. Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
