Job Description : COO RETAIL AUSTRALIA ( OPEN TO INTERNATIONAL CANDDIATES) dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the management team in running the day-to-day operations of their thriving business. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and achieving strategic objectives. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the management team and franchise network Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization Collaborate with department heads to set clear goals and objectives for each department and ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and strategy Oversee all aspects of operations, including franchise partner support, corporate store management, training, and operations excellence Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs Work closely with franchise partners to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and quality control measures Oversee all franchise development activities including real estate, construction, and franchising Champion a customer-centric approach and drive initiatives to enhance the overall individual customer experience Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Provide strategic leadership and direction to all marketing activities Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field Proven track record of leadership and management experience in the food and beverage industry Strong operational acumen with a deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
