Job Description : SALES AND TENDER HEAD SUBSTATION AND SOLAR PROJECTS KENYA 12+ years experience Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales and business development within the EPC industry, with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities in the Kenyan substation and solar power sector. Out of the total experience of 12 years at least 3-5 years of hands on experience on estimation, costing, tender preparation, sales and marketing is required. • In-depth understanding of substations, Transmission and Distribution Lines and Solar Powerplants including design, engineering, and construction principles. Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, encompassing photovoltaic technologies, inverters, and balance of plant (BOP) components. Experience in preparing and managing tenders for complex substations and solar EPC projects. • Strong understanding of techno-commercial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
