Job Description : GM SHIIPPING DUBAI Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the company, aligned with the goals of stakeholders and shareholders. Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to formulate strategic initiatives that drive growth and ensure the company's competitive advantage. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Oversee all aspects of operations, including fleet management, logistics, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices and optimize processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions. Develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors. The Successful Applicant 20+ years' experience in the tanker vessel space Sailing experience preferred Should have been in a P&L owner role for 5+ years Managed chartering, operations, insurance, claims and other teams
