Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager / Sr Project Manager- French Speaking Location : Lubumbashi DRC ( Congo Africa ) Project coordination for the projects of high rise residential, commercial , industrial and Hotel Building complexes Providing the input for the preparation of civil construction project tenders. Material planning and monitoring of project material procurement, project schedule, progress report and vis a vis billing to clients. Preparation / review of Inspection and Test Plan / Quality plan for the project. Estimation and costing of material before start of the project. Verification of actual consumption of material with respect to detailed estimation and identifying the variances with respect to material quantity and cost. Improving the material consumption norms with actual experiences. Monitoring of project progress with actual planning and quality in accordance with specification. Mobilizing the resources as and where applicable to meet the project schedule. Identifying the quality problems and look for the effective corrective and preventive actions. Interiors of buildings, coordination with client and architecture/consultant. Must have managed projects of High Value Experience into Residential and Commercial projects Must have managed a large team Fluency in French is Mandatory .
