Country Commercial Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY COMMERCIAL MANAGER CAMEROON The Country Commercial Manager (M/F) will be responsible for: Communicating brand strategy and managing regional planning to align with local distributors. Negotiating annual financial plans, improving marketing strategies, and exploring new business opportunities. Aligning local distributor activities with PR Africa's marketing strategy and managing in-market pricing for global alignment and profitability. Implementing channel strategies to enhance brand visibility, distribution, and sales, while executing integrated marketing strategies for brand growth. Training and motivating local sales teams on the products, fostering strong relationships with distribution partners. Monitoring and influencing key factors affecting financial performance to ensure budget delivery and long-term strategy adherence. Reporting financial information to the finance department and managing investment budgets. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for the Country Commercial Manager (M/F) role must possess the following credentials and experience: Minimum of 15 years of marketing and commercial experience in the FMCG industry. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in numerical and financial analysis. Comprehensive understanding of brand marketing at both strategic and implementation levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to perform under pressure, with a willingness to travel within the Southern African markets. Preferably experienced in working in Africa. Proficiency in the English and French language.
