Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO VIETNAM As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, fundraising, budgeting, and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of successful fundraising across diverse markets. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the growth and expansion of the company. Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts across markets, including venture capital, private equity, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders to secure funding for the company's initiatives. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Drive financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve strategic objectives. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, and implement measures to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities for the company. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, investors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and working capital to support ongoing operations and strategic investments. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation for the company. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, ACCA or CPA preferred. Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a focus on fundraising and financial strategy, preferably in the technology or agriculture industry. Demonstrated success in raising capital from venture capital firms, private equity investors, and other funding sources. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
