Job Description : Factory Maintenance Manager Position: Factory Maintenance Manager (Mechanical & Electrical Location: Abidjan, Ivory Coast The Factory Maintenance Manager oversees mechanical and electrical maintenance in the Cashew Processing factory. Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, commissioning new lines, installations, and scrap management. The goal is to ensure efficient operation, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Oversee commissioning of new production lines and equipment. Collaborate with the engineering team and vendors to resolve issues during commissioning. Manage installation and setup of new machinery. Train staff on new equipment operation and maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements. Implement a scrap management program to minimize waste. Track and analyse scrap generation. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8 years in a maintenance management role, preferably in the food processing industry.
