Job Description : IT Director in Reputed Hospital at Kuwait. 12 to 15 yrs Work location: Kuwait Initial screening round is virtual 2nd roud F2F interview: Delhi Should be from Hospital background Education: BE/B.tech , MCA Primary skills: IT Infrastructure, Information Technology Infrastructure, Information Technology Security Specialist, Certification: Oracle/Datascintist,Datacenter 1. Department Strategy, Budgets and Plans: Design, plan, manage and maintain all areas of IT delivery to an agreed standard that is conducive to excellence of quality of service; Direct the preparation of the Department budget and monitor financial performance versus assigned budget to monitor forecasted cost, revenues, areas of underperformance and opportunities to improve performance; Lead the development and roll out of the manpower planning and forecasting activity, ensuring that the hospital is sufficiently resourced and appropriately structured to deliver on its objectives; Lead cost-efficient usage of all other applicable resources to reduce, if not eliminate, wastages resulting to unnecessary expense. 2. Systems and Processes: Direct the development and implementation of Department policies, systems and processes to ensure that exceptional service; Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations; Lead and promote continuous optimization of systems and processes without sacrificing the required quality of products and services. 3. HSE and Risk Management: Direct compliance to all relevant HSE and risk management policies, procedures and controls to ensure that the hospital provides a safe and secure service to its clients and its own people. 4. Succession Planning and People Management: Select successors and ensure their development through trainings and hands on experience; Ensure availability of the teams updated job descriptions; Ensure effective use of the Performance Management System including setting of goals and objectives and conducting regular performance reviews. 5. Relationship Building: Establish and manage relationships with key influencers in the government and private sector to build the hospitals positive exposure in the market; Build positive relationships with competitors and clients for positive business development.
