Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM INDOMESIA FOR IT 15+ years experience We are seeking a proactive Regional Manager to lead our Jakarta operations. This role involves steering our regional sales strategies, overseeing detailed operational processes, and enhancing our service delivery to meet the unique demands - Develop and implement strategic plans to foster growth, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. - Manage P&L, drive sales growth, and oversee specific operational functions including supply chain management, local marketing initiatives, and customer service operations. - Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their challenges and proposing AI-driven solutions. - Ensure the effective deployment and integration of AI solutions at client sites, managing project timelines and resource allocation for optimal execution. - Coordinate with the global management team to align regional activities with overall company objectives. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region to adapt strategies accordingly. - Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, including negotiations and partnerships with offshore clients and vendors. - Handle major B2B enterprise accounts with diligence and strategic foresight, ensuring top-tier account management and client retention. - Ensure compliance with all local regulations and maintain high standards of corporate governance. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
