Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD BANGLADESH 20+ years experience One of the fastest growing UK based Auto Component manufacturer is looking for a seasoned Country Head professional to spearhead their Bangladesh operations. The company has an established manufacturing and sales operations in the country. Key responsibilities shall include :- - Lead the business plans aligned with global Vision and Mission of the company The role will provide hands on and strategic leadership for all aspects of the business including safety, operations, finance, sales and service delivery - The Country Head will work closely and collaborate with local leadership team, governing Board as well as other leaders in the other parts of the world. - Ensures supply and channelizing functions to maximize profitability within established risk parameters - Ensures bespoke services delivery to help enhance the efficiency and productivity of our operations while ensuring superior execution of sales & service processes/activities as per prescribed standards - Strengthen the capability and scope of meeting customers with a robust sales and logistics network in the markets by diversifying the product portfolio - Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence - Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy. - We invite applications from premier Engineering and MBA colleges having 15 -20 years of experience. - Should have experience in sales /business development in international markets or large Markets in India. - Experience as business head/SBU head/ with complete P&L responsibility would be preferred. - Must have led cross functional teams - operations, sales, marketing, commercial in an FMCG/ Auto Component/Paints
