Job Description : CEO BOTSWANA An leading FMCG MNC wishes to hire a seasoned operations leader as Country Head to spearhead their Bangladesh operations. The company has an established manufacturing and sales operations in the country. - complete P&L . Supported by his team of Sales , Marketing , Finance , Supply Chain and Manufacturing heads. - Strategize and execute the business plans aligned with global Vision and Mission of the company . The incumbent will provide hands on and strategic leadership for all aspects of the business including safety, operations, finance, sales and service delivery - The Country Head will work closely and collaborate with local leadership team, governing Board as well as other members of the senior management of the company's global business . - Ensures supply and channelizing functions to maximize profitability within established risk parameters - Ensures bespoke services delivery to help enhance the efficiency and productivity of our operations while ensuring superior execution of sales & service processes/activities as per prescribed standards - Strengthen the capability and scope of meeting customers with a robust sales and logistics network in the markets by diversifying the product portfolio - Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence - Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy. - We invite applications from BE,MBAs having 20-23 years of experience in driving sales and operations in large fmcg companies. - Should have experience in sales /business development in international markets. - Experience as business head/SBU head/ with complete P&L responsibility . - Must have led cross functional teams - operations, sales, marketing, commercial in an FMCG
