Job Description : GLOBAL FINANCE HEAD UAE 20+ years experience Role & Responsibilities: 1 Perform risk management by analysing the organization's liabilities and investments. 2 Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure & raising. 3 Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations. 4 Drive financial planning, forecasting and analysis. 5 Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies. 6 Project & Treasury Management. 7 Require excellence in performing & handling financial analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, financial modelling, management Reporting, forecasting, quarterly portfolio reviews, financial consolidation and offering advisory to aid top management in decision-making process, resolving potential revenue leakages & driving process improvement initiatives. 8 Driving the company's financial planning and advise on long -term business road-map. 9 An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in Investor Management. 10 Well acquaint with various schemes of government with respect to the industry and have worked on green field projects, local and international Liasioning. 11 Well versed in raising funds through banks including structured funding for international acquisitions
