Job Description : Operation Manager (Supermarket/Hypermarket) for Central Africa Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience Experience Required: Minimum 8 to 10 Years Required Criteria: 1) Prefer Any Person Worked in D-MART Or Big Bazar types of Supermarkets/Hypermarkets in India. 2) Formulate strategic and operational objectives, perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs. 3) Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets. 4) Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management Salary: Up to $ 2000/-(Negotiable) pm net Expatriate Benefits: Furnished Accommodation, Local/Food Allowances, Transportation, Visa & Ticket
