Job Description : IT HEAD GEORGIA ( EAST EUROPE) Provide leadership and Management for all areas of information technology including Business application (SAP), IT Infrastructure, Security & Compliances. Ensure Businesss Key strategies supported by emerging digital technologies like Mobility, Analytics, IoT, etc. Support deployment of New Applications; and identifications of key business requirements and leadership of the development of IT solutions. Continuity and improvement of service provisions to users without diminution; identification of infrastructure and service requirements and implementation of business-oriented service level agreements. Continue to drive forward beneficial perceptions of the IT function among business users and facilitate delivery of identified benefits in the business as a whole. Management of negotiations with the preferred outsource supplier and management of services delivered; and management of the applications support and development team. Examine current business systems to identify Business processes having scope for Standardization ad automation. Implementation of SAP S4/Hana as per Group Initiative. Define IT architecture and align with business / Group IT strategy. Ensure Business data safety from Cyber-attacks by creating awareness among end users about latest threats and protecting end user devices and IT Infrastructure with latest updates and applicable controls. Handling Change Management across enterprise for smooth implementation of new initiatives with mutual buy-in with functional team and phased deployment of solutions. Continuously Review & Monitor Enterprise IT Architecture to meet growing business requirements across geographies and product portfolios. Also to take care fast obsolescence and technology Upgradation. Ensure that appropriate project management SOPs / methods are adopted on all IT related projects. Instigate and implement IT policies and procedures to comply with Business / group requirements. Manage outside suppliers and business partners to meet agreed service and delivery targets. 24x7 availability of IT enabled services due to high dependability of business. Managing IT budget & IT Compliances. The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science with 10-15 years experience in SAP implementation and experience in the following areas : Experience in Business Application (SAP) Deployment, Support and Enhancement Knowledge of business processes, budgeting process, Enterprise IT Architecture (Infrastructure & Software applications) and Various IT compliances. Excellent understanding and execution ability of project management. Establish enterprise-class security systems for a production environment. Map digital capabilities to Strategic priorities. Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problem. Collaboration with Business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors Excellent interpersonal skills & Strong negotiating skills. Exceptional service orientation & Change Management skills
