Job Description : RETAIL STORE MANAGER KENYA For ( Telecom Industry ) Operational Management: ? Overseedaily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. ? Manage inventory levels, ensuring the store is well-stocked with SIM cards, mobile phones, accessories, and other products. ? Handlecashflow, including daily sales reconciliations and deposits. CustomerService: ? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. ? Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. ? Provide detailed information on products, services, and plans, including mobile tariffs, broadband packages, and data plans. Sales and Marketing: ? Achieve store sales targets and work towards increasing revenue. ? Promote new products, services, and promotional offers. ? Train and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Staff Management: ? Recruit, train, and manage store staff. ? Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance. ? Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff. Reporting and Analysis: ? Maintain records of sales, stock, and customer interactions. ? Prepare regular reports on store performance for higher management. ? Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about store operations and strategy. Compliance and Safety: ? Ensure the store complies with company policies and regulations. ? Maintain a safe and clean store environment. ? Ensure all products are displayed according to company standards and that promotional materials are current and visible. Technical Support: ? Assist customers with technical issues related to mobile phones, network services, and other products. ? Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
