Vice President Manufacturing

Job Description : VP Manufacturing for an Alco Bev brand IVC Key Responsibilities: Ensure production efficiency, productivity, quality control and profitability. Develop and execute manufacturing strategies and align them with ESG initiatives. Implement process improvements to optimize workflows and efficiency. Collaborate with cross functional teams to match manufacturing with forecasts, planning and budgets. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve/develop new manufacturing processes. Candidates with 20 years of experience in a leadership role in quality control, supply chain, procurement leading in a techno-commercial capacity are preferred. The incumbent should have worked in the capacity of a Head of Quality with key responsibility over quality metrics.
