The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future direction and strategy. * Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting * Prepare budgets and financial forecasts and report variances * Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls * Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting * Support month-end and year-end close process * Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting *Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) * Proven working experience as a Financial Controller * Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures * Experience with creating financial statements * Excellent accounting software user administration skills * Ability to strategise and solve problems * Strong leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
