Job Description : Head of Manufacturing Engineering/ Production Engineering for a leading automotive player in Gurgaon, committed to excellence and innovation in the automotive industry. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent. - 20+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on automotive electronics. - Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. - Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. - Oversee the setup of new manufacturing facilities, including greenfield and brownfield projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering, production, and quality processes. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. - Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the manufacturing engineering department.
