The successful candidate will lead a collection of teams to deliver financial, regulatory and management reporting and control. * Lead a collection of teams delivering financial, regulatory and management reporting and control * Partner with senior leaders in developing and executing long-term strategies * Work in an international organisation with a diverse workforce As Chief Financial Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving change within the organisation. Your role will involve leading a collection of teams focused on delivering financial, regulatory and management reporting and control. You will be instrumental in developing relationships with Board members and global Finance teams, identifying strategic challenges and preparing them for discussion. Your ability to establish business-critical strategies will enable you to present high-impact data insights to critical internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing performance within your function or business area. * Develop and improve relationships with Board members, global Finance teams, identifying priorities, issues and strategic challenges * Take responsibility for developing and delivering the organization's financial management and control systems * Establish business-critical strategies to create, present, and communicate high-impact data and analytics insights * Define the detailed organization structure for a business area to align with corporate principles * Effectively collaborate with global stakeholders in building talent capabilities across different domains in Finance * Manage and report on the performance of the function / business area; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports * Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns * Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and Minimum Standards The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position brings a wealth of experience in creating and executing business strategies. Your leadership skills will ensure financial targets are met and business continuity is maintained. * Proven track record of more than 15 years in creating and executing business strategies * Deep knowledge of Finance, compliance to regulatory requirements for financial institutions, financial analysis * Experience in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives * Ability to influence senior global leaders to drive programs that reinforce sound financial strategy * Ability to lead and support expertise roles ensuring financial targets including controls are met * Strong experience in developing high performing teams and people development
